Abstract

The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide for inhibiting the expression of a human NaV1.8 gene (SCN10A) in a cell; to a cell comprising the oligonucleotide; and to a vector comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the oligonucleotide. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the oligonucleotide together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; to a conjugate comprising the oligonucleotide and an antitransferrin receptor antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof; and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the conjugate and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Said oligonucleotide, antibody-pRNA conjugate, or pharmaceutical compositions thereof enable the reduction / treatment of pain or diseases / disorders related to NaV1.8.
