Abstract

The present invention relates to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Q is CH or N; R1 is H, F or -CN; R2 is H or OCH3; Z1 is absent, CH2, NR3 or O; Z2 is absent, CH2, NR3 or O; Z3 is absent, CH2, NR3 or O; wherein at least one of Z1, Z2 and Z3 is NR3 or O; wherein if R1 is H or CN and Q is CH, then Z1 is NR3, Z2 is absent or is CH2, and Z3 is CH2, NR3 or O; wherein if R1 is F or CN and R2 is OCH3, then Z1 is NR3, Z2 is absent or is CH2, and Z3 is CH2, NR3 or O; and each R3 is independently H or SO2CH3. Furthermore, the invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.The compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof allows the treatment of diseases such as cancer, including urothelial carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, breast carcinoma, and other types of cancer; as well as treating disorders such as developmental disorders such as achondroplasia (Ach) and related chondrodysplasia syndromes, including hypochondroplasia (Hch), severe achondroplasia with developmental delay and acanthosis nigricans (SADDAN), and thanatophoric dysplasia (TD).
