Abstract

This refers to a phosphate salt of 1-((3S,4R)-3-((2-((1-ethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)amino)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)oxy)-4-fluoropiperidin-1-yl)prop-2-en-1-one, a crystalline form thereof, and a method for its preparation. The phosphate salt and the crystalline form have low hygroscopicity compared to the free base and exhibit improved stability and solubility, thus making them suitable for pharmaceutical use.
