Abstract

The present invention discloses peptide compounds (SEQ ID NO: 2 to 39) and efficient processes for the synthesis of tirzepatide and incretins. It highlights a nanofiltration and diafiltration (DMF) method for purifying intermediates (SEQ ID NO: 27 and 29), as well as the selective deprotection of SEQ ID NO: 22. It also includes the acylation of peptido-lysine-NH2 in resin, the reconversion of depsipeptide isomers (SEQ ID NO: 40) by pH adjustment (7–10) for reuse, and azo-catalyzed desulfurization to obtain SEQ ID NO: 1.
