Outer wall structure for building, heat-blocking structure, and heat-blocking method

Abstract

An object of the invention is to reduce the weight of a concrete building with a framework construction thermally insulated in accordance with an external insulation method, without degrading the thermal insulation performance of the building, workability of the construction work, and so forth. An exterior wall (W) with a double-wall structure is built in an opening area (α) surrounded by columns (C) and beams (B) of the concrete building (A). The exterior wall is constituted from a steel structure wall part (Wa) provided with steel structure intermediate posts, and an interior wall part (Wb) provided with steel furrings (12-15) for the wall. The steel structure wall part has substrate boards (6) for exterior finishing, which are fixed to the intermediate posts so as to close the opening area. An outside surface (1) of the substrate board is positioned in a vertical plane (V), in which outside surfaces (10) of the columns and the beams are also positioned. A thermal insulation material (21) and an exterior finishing material (22) are installed on an exterior finishing surface (1) in the opening area in accordance with an external insulation installation method, whereas these materials (21, 22) are provided on the exterior finishing surface (10) in a structural skeleton zone ($\beta$) in accordance with an external insulation construction method. The thermal insulation materials and the exterior finishing materials configure a continuous exterior thermal insulation layer (G) substantially uniformly extending over the whole exterior surfaces of the building.
