Abstract

A water content ratio measuring apparatus for measuring a water content ratio of sludge, the water content ratio measuring apparatus includes a processor, a memory, an optical sensor configured to irradiate the sludge with light to measure optical information, a temperature sensor configured to measure temperature information, a humidity sensor configured to measure humidity information and a regression computation module configured to calculate the water content ratio of the sludge from a regression model set in advance through use of the optical information and at least one or more of the temperature information or the humidity information.
