Method for removing iron from nickel laterite leaching slurry

Abstract

Provided is method for removing iron from nickel laterite leaching slurry. The method for removing iron includes the following steps: regulating a pH value of a nickel laterite leaching slurry to A1, and introducing a first mixture for a first reaction, so as to obtain a first intermediate solution; regulating a pH value of the first intermediate solution to A2, and introducing a second mixture for a second reaction, so as to obtain a second intermediate solution; and regulating a pH value of the second intermediate solution to A3 for a third reaction, so as to obtain a third intermediate solution, where A12-containing substance and an O2-containing gas. Therefore, a ferrous concentration of the leaching slurry may be effectively reduced, thereby improving the purity and quality of a nickel cobalt precipitate.
