Insulated sandwich panel

Abstract

Our product, Sandwich Panels, represents an advanced building materialdesigned for superior insulation and structural integrity. These panels areconstructed by sandwiching a core layer of Polyurethane (PU) between twoexterior layers, which can be customized based on specific application needs. The exterior layers can consist of either a combination of metal roofing sheet andPVC, metal roofing sheet and another metal roofing sheet, or a metal sheetpaired with aluminum foil insulation. This versatile construction not only ensuresexceptional thermal insulation but also enhances durability and load-bearingcapacity, making our Sandwich Panels an ideal solution for modern constructionrequirements. We offer three distinct designs for our Sandwich Panels: a 9-rib design with nineprotrusions, a 5-rib design with five protrusions, and a tile rib design that mimicsthe appearance of traditional roofing tiles. The ribs, with heights of 22mm ± 2mmand 35mm ± 2mm respectively, are engineered to interlock seamlessly, ensuringa tight fit that prevents water ingress at the joints. This feature enhances thewaterproofing capabilities of the panels, providing additional protection andlongevity to the structures they are used in.
