A covering device against rain for an automobile

Abstract

The present invention relates to a covering device for providing cover from rain upon opening of an automobile door. The device comprises a receiving frame assembly disposed in the automobile door and an accumulator assembly coupled on an automobile roof. Wherein, upon actuation and when a user opens the door, a plate attached with a sheet will be deployed from the accumulator assembly and is coupled into the receiving assembly via electromagnetic force, and forming a cover in a clearance portion between the opened door and the roof of the automobile. The device is characterized by a plurality of pin locks disposed within the receiving frame assembly is configured for preventing the plate from disengaging from the receiving assembly sheet; and a retracting assembly is configured to automatically retract the sheet into the accumulator assembly.
