The present invention provides a method for selective artificial insemination in water buffaloes based on follicle size, which enables improved pregnancy rates and reproductive success in these animals. The method involves monitoring follicle growth and size using ultrasound technology, analyzing follicle size data using a computer program, predicting optimal insemination timing based on follicle size data, and performing artificial insemination at the predicted optimal timing. The method is particularly useful in water buffaloes, where the timing of insemination is critical for successful fertilization and reproduction.
