Flux and method for producing joined body

Abstract

A flux containing a rosin, an activator, and a solvent is adopted, in which the activator includes an imidazole compound and two types of dicarboxylic acids, and as the two types of dicarboxylic acids, malonic acid and one selected from the group consisting of succinic acid, adipic acid, and sebacic acid are used in combination. Alternatively, a flux containing a rosin, an activator, and a solvent is adopted, in which the activator includes an imidazole compound and two types of dicarboxylic acids, and as the two types of dicarboxylic acids, succinic acid and one selected from the group consisting of suberic acid, sebacic acid, methylsuccinic acid, malic acid, and malonic acid are used in combination.
