Abstract
Provided is a device holding plate capable of preventing the occurrence of placement errors. A device holding plate 30 for use in a device testing apparatus 1 that tests a DUT 100 includes a receiving portion 32 that receives the DUT 100, the receiving portion 32 has a guide surface 60 that guides and holds the DUT 100, and the guide surface 60 has a concave surface 64 having a concavely curved crosssectional shape.
