Composition of sea grapes coconut cracker

Abstract

The present utility model discloses the composition of sea grape (Caulerpa lentillifera) coconut cracker as a delicacy consisting of sea grapes, all-purpose flour, white sugar, powdered milk, grated mature coconut (Cocos nucifera), crushed fried peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.). and oil for frying. Based on the sensory evaluation, the sea grapes coconut cracker obtained ratings of “Like Extremely” in terms of color, aroma, texture and taste. Furthermore, results from the visual quality assessment confirmed that the product can be regarded as a delicious and nutritious delicacy suitable for all age groups.
