A ventilator system for adult and infant patients

Abstract

The present utility model relates to a ventilator system comprising a pneumatic structure, a control structure, and a gas supply for delivering an air / oxygen mixture. The pneumatic structure includes mechanical components that are actuated by air pressure and flow rate, while the control structure executes manual settings as well as analog and digital signals to coordinate operation. The ventilator system is capable of providing respiratory support in two known ventilation modes: a Pressure-Controlled, Time-Cycled Mode and a Volume-Controlled, Time-Cycled Mode, allowing controlled delivery of air / oxygen mixtures to patients.
