Cooking oil transfer pipe system

Abstract

A cooking oil transfer system that is intended for industrial-grade vacuum fryer. The main pipe of the system comprises of a main pipe, a main valve, a plurality of L-type branch pipes, a plurality of branch valves, a plurality of L-type branch pipes, a bushing, and a stainless-steel flexible hose. The cooking oil transfer pipe system has two accessories: first accessory is a plurality of cooking oil filters, which are inserted in the openings of the tin cans during oil discharging the frying tank back to tin cans. It is necessary to separate tiny solids from the used cooking oil after frying; second accessory, is a utility cart, that convenience and support during the loading and discharging of cooking oil from and unto the frying tank.
