Application method of vacuum-fryer apparatus

Abstract

The present utility model discloses a method of using vacuum-fryer apparatus comprising the steps of: a) preheating oil to desired temperature in the second chamber; b) transporting the preheated oil from the second chamber into a first chamber by pumping down the pressure inside thereof, creating a vacuum which allows the preheated oil to transfer from the second chamber to first chamber via the pressure differential; and c) removing the heated oil from the first chamber into the second chamber by pumping down the pressure inside thereof, creating a pressure differential that allows the heated oil to flow back to the second chamber.
