A therapeutic soaking powder comprising Coptis chinenses franch (Golden thread rhizome), Phellodendron chinense schneid, Scutellaria bacailensis george ( Baical Scullcap root), Papaver somraiferum L, Pheretima aspergillium E perrier, Aconitum brachypodum diels, Radix notoginseng, Trichosanthis radix, Lycopodium clavatum, Stephania sinica diels, Purerariae radix, Stigma croci, Wolfiporia extensa (Hoelen), Ophiopogonis tuber (Ophiopogon japonicas), Astragali radiz, Pheretima aspergilium in different proportions packed in a polyethylene bag used by pouring it and dissolving it in a pan of hot water and soaking the affected areas to cure ailments such as sprain, dislocation, numbness, rheumatism, arthritis, cramps, muscle pain and the like. Moreover the present therapeutic soaking powder provides a handy easy to use and easy to dissolved curing powder that is more potent and effective and provides a longer shelf life than similar product available in the market.
