Abstract

A buoyancy device for a solar cell installation floating on a water surface having a body for providing buoyancy, a first line adapted to be in engagement with the body and further being adapted to be connected to an element, and a winching apparatus adapted to winch the first line. A buoyancy system having the buoyancy device and an anchoring element adapted to be anchored to a bed, the anchoring element further being configured to be connected to the first line of the buoyancy device and a floating solar panel plant having the buoyancy system and a floating solar panel array.
