The utility model discloses an automated hand washing and drying machine which employ a non-contact automatic detection comprising of; a frame adopted to hold the elements of said device; a cover; a base to hold the frame in an upright position; a control unit to control, manage and synchronizes the functions of said washing and drying device; a power supply unit adopted to provide electrical power needed by the device; a monitor to display corresponding instruction and messages; a sensing means to detect the presence of user; a pumping means that provide water during hand washing; a drying means that provide hot air for drying; characterized in that sensing means further comprising a temperature; a humidity sensor and ultrasonic sensor , wherein said temperature, said humidity sensor, and said ultrasonic sensor programmatically configured improved non-contact user detection under presence of infrared rays and sends electrical signal to the control unit.
