Abstract

A gaming system includes a first server and a player device. The first server is configured to generate a credit message that includes an account credit and to provide a gambling game. The player device is configured to be connected to the first server, receive and display the credit message, carry out the gambling game, and transmit a temporary game dataset to the first server. The first server is further configured to: determine whether the gambling game is complete; in response to determining that the gambling game is complete, update the account credit; in response to determining that the gambling game is not complete, generate a restore command for the player device to restore game progress of the gambling game.
