The present utility model relates to food technology. Existing food products related to corn batter preparation focused on homogeneous corn batter, with no provision for creating or integrating a separate and complex savory filling. The present utility model addresses the gaps in the known prior arts being provided with process to attain dietary requirements, enhance protein content, and flavor of a corn batter. The present utility model comprising the steps of blending, adding ingredients, mixing the ingredients, obtaining a corn batter dough, preparing a filling, wrapping, steaming, and cooling.
