Abstract
This utility model disclosed a process of producing cookies containing waterleaf (Talinum triangulare), comprising the following steps: preparing waterleaf by harvesting mature leaves at full bloom, rinsing the harvested leaves, draining residual moisture from the rinsed leaves, and mincing the drained leaves; preparing a cookie batter by creaming butter until softened and gradually mixing in sugar and sifted flour to form a homogeneous mixture; adding the minced waterleaf and mixing until the batter is homogeneous and aerated; forming the batter into a dough; refrigerating the dough for about minutes; rolling the chilled dough into walnut-sized balls; flattening each ball and placing it on a cookie sheet; and baking the cookies by preheating an oven to 170 degrees Celsius, placing the prepared dough pieces in the oven, baking for about 12 to 15 minutes, then removing the baked cookies and allowing them to cool.
