Abstract

A sandwich panel used for roofing and wall applications for buildings and other structures, that includes a metal sheet top layer, a polyurethane foam core having thermal and acoustic performance / soundproofing features secured at the bottom of the metal sheet top layer, a backing layer secured at the bottom of the metal sheet top layer and each of the metal sheet top layer having along its opposed respective longitudinal ends an integrated conjoining male and female conjoining mechanism that allows them to interlock securely together to its corresponding configured adjacent panels defining the first anti-leak water seepage and a plurality of spacedly disposed broad trapezoidal ridges each displaying a slightly concave top whereby water flows conveniently defining the second anti leak water seepage.
