Spiral sauce-distributing multilayer composite ice cream making device

Abstract

A spiral sauce-distributing multilayer composite ice cream making device is provided, comprising a forming mold, a driving mechanism, a rotatable sauce tube and a horizontal material outlet tube. The forming mold is provided with a material inlet, a material outlet and a material flow passage communicating them. The driving mechanism drives the rotatable sauce tube to rotate. One end of the horizontal material outlet tube is fixed and connected to the lower end of the rotatable sauce tube. The horizontal material outlet tube has a conical material outlet cavity whose cross-section gradually decreases outward, so as to compensate the linear velocity gradient of the sauce from center to edge during rotation. Thereby, the sauce forms a spiral structure in the downward-flowing ice cream slurry and is evenly distributed therein.
