Abstract
A chips snack product composition, referred to as Rice and Mung Bean healthy chips snack, is provided, comprising of 180g rice, 180g mung bean, 5g iodized salt, 3g pepper, 3g garlic powder, 4g baking powder, 6g monosodium glutamate, and 500g water. The product provides a nutritious, “better-for-you” alternative to the ultra-processed, high sodium snacks commonly consumed by children and adults.
