Abstract

The present utility model relates to a tubeless tire comprises a tread rubber having plurality of tread grooves, a first reinforcing belt layer disposed beneath the tread rubber, a second reinforcing belt layer disposed beneath the first reinforcing belt layer, a carcass comprising a 4-ply nylon construction extending between opposite bead portions of the tire, an inner liner disposed on an inner surface of the carcass, a pair of bead fillers positioned adjacent the opposite bead portions of the carcass, and a plurality of bead wires embedded within the pair of bead fillers. The structural arrangement of the tread rubber, reinforcing belt layers, carcass, inner liner, bead fillers, and bead wires provides a durable tubeless tire suitable for motorcycle applications.
