The present invention relates to new CGRP antagonist of general formula I Wherein B, R1 and R2 are defined as in claim 1, the tautomer the isomer the diastereomer, the enantiomer, the hydrate, the mixture thereof and the salt thereof as well as the hydrates of the salt, particularly the physiologically acceptable salt thereof with inorganic or organic acids or bases, pharmaceutical composition containing these compound.
