Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising phenoxyacetic acid represented by the following general formula: Wherein X is a chiral carbon atom of S configuration and Y is a chiral carbon atom of R configuration. R1 represents a hydroxy group, a C1-C6-alkoxy group, an aryl C1-C60alkoxy group, a primary amino group. R2 and R3 are hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C6-alkyl group, a trifluoromethyl group. R4 is a halogen atom, a c1-C6-alkyl group, a halo(C1-C6-alkyl)group, a hydroxy group a C1-C6-alkoxy group, an aryl-C1-C6-alkoxy group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a amino group, a carbamoyl group. The compound described herein above is suitable for the preparation of medicament for treating urological syndrome, dysfunction or hyperactivity, particularly with overactive bladder.
