The present invention relates to vaccine composition comprising an influenza virus or antigenic preparation thereof, and an oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant for use in including at least one of i) an improved CD4 T-cell immune response, ii) an improved B-memory cell response against said virus or antigenic composition.
