Abstract
This invention relates to a process of preparation of a bio-pesticide comprising steps of dissolving 1000-2000 infective stage juveniles / ml of four entomopathogenic nematode species viz., Steinernema pakistanense, S.asiasticum, S.feltiae and Heterorhabditis indica (separately) / ml suspension in 2.5 L water (2x106 infective stage juveniles in 2.5 L water) and spraying at four insect species of cotton that is Earis vitella, E.insulana, Helicoverpa armigera and Pectinophora gossypiella.
