Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition is disclosed, which comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable form of a thiazolidinedione and a sub-maximal amount of an insulin secretatogue, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition is for use in the treatment of diabetes mellitus or a condition associated with diabetes mellitus.
