Abstract

The present invention relates to composition of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof wherein: R1 is C1-C6 alkyl; and R2 is C1-C6 alkyl or C3-C7 cycloalkyl, wherein said alkyl is optionally substituted by CF3. with one or more additional therapeutical agents, especially HIV protease inhibitors, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, nucleoside / nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors, other CCR5 antagonists, agents which inhibit the interaction of gp 120 with CD4, other agents which inhibit the entry of HIV into a target cell, integrase inhibitor and RNaseH inhibitors wherein the combination can be used particularly for the treatment of HIV.
