Abstract

The present invention relates to salt of compound of Formula (I) wherein: R1 is H or (C1 to C6) alkyl optionally substituted with at least one R5 group; A is a 3 to 10 membered cycloalkyl group; R2 is (C1 to C6) alkyl substituted with at least one R6 group, (C3 to C10) cycloalkyl, (C2 to C9) cycloheteroalkyl, (C6 to C14) aryl, (C2 to C9) heteroaryl, NR7aR7b, or -N=CR8aR8b wherein each of the said (C3 to C10) cycloalkyl, (C2 to C9) cycloheteroalkyl, (C6 to C14) aryl, and (C2 to C9) heteroaryl is optionally substituted with at least one R9 group; and their use as inhibitors of phosphoinositide 3-kinase alpha (P13-Kα) .
