Abstract
Method for the production of a granulate from dates with the steps of coring the dates, the mashing of the cored dates for the production of a date wort and drying of the date wort by using the fluid bed technique, so that dried date mash results in form of a granulate. The invention also refers to a respective granulate from dates and to procedures for the production of beverages and foodstuff using such a granulate.
