Abstract

A vinylazacycloalkane compound of Formula I is disclosed. The compound is a ligand of various nAChRs. The compound and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts can be used to prepare pharmaceutical composition and / or medicament intended to prevent or treat disorders associated with dysfunction of nAChRs, especially within the central nervous system or the gastrointestinal system.
