The invention relates to a compound of the general formula (I) in which: A and X represent, independently of one another, a nitrogen atom or a CH group; R1 represents an aryl or heteroaryl group, optionally substituted by one or more groups chosen from a halogen atom, a (C1 C6)alkyl, halo(C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy or halo(C1-C6)alkoxy group; and R2 represents an aryl group, optionally substituted by one or more groups chosen from a halogen atom, a methyl, trifluoromethyl, methoxy or trifluoromethoxy group, preparation method and pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof.
