Novel formulation of bifenthrin and enriched cypermethrin

Abstract

The present invention is directed to novel insecticidal compositions comprising bifenthrin and enriched cypermethrin, the compositions are physically stable when diluted with water. The present invention is directed to an insecticidal composition comprising bifenthrin and enriched cypermethrin, an aromatic or aliphatic solvent, an acid, severely solvent refined light and heavy paraffinic petroleum oil and a surfactant blend comprising an alkylbenzene sulfonate compound, an ethoxylated castor oil, and an ethoxylated fatty acid or a polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, wherein said bifenthrin and enriched cypermethrin insecticides are present, collectively, in an insecticidally effective amount.
