Abstract

Crystalline and solvated forms of 4-amino-5-fluoro-3-[5-(4-methylpiperazin- 1 - yl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl] quinolin-2( 1H)-one lactic acid salt are provided. Also provided are methods of making the crystalline and solvated form, pharmaceutical composition comprising them and their use in preparation of a medicament to treat various diseases.
