2-(substituted-amino)-benzothiazole sulfonamide HIV protease inhibitor

Abstract

The present invention relates to 2-(substituted-amino)-benzothiazole sulfonamide compound according to formula (I) particular as broad-spectrum HIV protease inhibitors, process for its preparation as well as pharmaceutical composition. The present invention also concerns combination of the present 2-(substituted-ammo)- benzothiazole sulfonamide compound and derivative with another anti-retroviral agent. It further relates to its use in assays as reference compound or as reagents.
