Abstract
The invention relates to a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a isoxazolidine containing compound of the formula 1 that bind to bcl proteins and inhibit Bcl function. The compound may be used for treating and modulating disorders associated with hyperproliferation, such as cancer.
