Abstract

Soybean Oil composition wherein said soybean plant comprises a polynucleotide having a sequence that is or is complementary to a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos 1, 2 and 18. Soybean oil composition comprising approximately 55-80% oleic acid and less than 8% saturated fatty acid. The Invention also provides compositions comprising nucleotide sequences that are diagnostic for said soybean event in a sample, methods for detecting the presence of said soybean event nucleotide sequences in a sample.
