Call notification system for availability of earlier unavailable called party

Abstract

This disclosure relates to an architecture and technical integration of an intelligent telecommunication network system with auto notification of availability of called party which was not available to calling party during his busy and unavailable situations. The Registered subscriber of this intelligent telecom network are automatically notified by a Notify Me System (NMS) when his called party is available instead calling again and again. NMS is additionally attached to mobile operating network. This architecture is a CAMEL Call Flow based mechanism implemented on mobile server network of a mobile operator. Notify Me platform is flexible to meet customer needs and make it convenient for the user to opt for a particular schedule which he wants to set up for receiving NM Alerts, below mentioned schedule can be opted for the subscriber. The NMS supports in recovery of revenue lost due to failed calls because of unavailability of the called Party. The technique used in the present invention is the registered subscriber of the Notify Me System is notified the automatically by using Forward-ToNumber (FTN) when called party is available. FTN technique is used by deployment of an addition FTN module within the NMS attached to a mobile network.
