Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, particularly relates to a substituted oxime nitrogen-containing heteroaryl formate compound, its preparation method and herbicidal composition thereof. The substituted oxime nitrogen-containing heteroaryl formate compound has a chemical structure represented by the general formula I: wherein, R1 and R2 independently represent H, halogen, etc; Y represents H, halogen, NR3R4, etc; W represents H, halogen, alkoxy, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl; X represents halogen, alkoxy, and etc.; Q is selected from halogen, alkyl with or without halogen, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, phenyl, aryl of 2,3-indanyl or naphthyl, etc.. The compound and herbicidal composition have excellent herbicidal activity and higher safety for crops, and especially, it has good selectivity for key crops such as wheat, corn, and rice.
