Abstract
The present invention relates to a monoclonal human antibody targeting complement protein C5. More particularly, provided is an isolated antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to a complement C5 protein, wherein said antibody has an affinity (KD) of 10-10M or less. Also provided are compositions comprising said antibody.
