Abstract
Provided herein is a monoclonal antibody, antigen-binding fragment thereof, and combinations of the foregoing, that binds to, and inhibits the activity of, c-Met, and induces hepatocyte-growth factor-independent internalization of cell surface human c- Met. The monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is effective in treating cancers and other diseases, disorders, or conditions where pathogenesis is mediated by c- Met.
