Abstract
The present invention is directed to a benzoquinazilinone compound of formula (I) which is MI receptor positive allosterie modulator and that is useful in the treatment of diseases in which the MI receptor is involved, such as Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, pain or sleep disorders. The invention is also directed to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, for use in the treatment of diseases mediated by the MI receptor.
