Abstract
The present invention relates to antigen binding protein which specifically binds to CD 127 and can be used in therapeutic methods, in particular, in the treatment or prevention of diseases in which pathogenic TH17 cells are implicated. It specifically relates to an anti-CD 127 antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region having a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 121, 123,125,127,129 and 131.
