Abstract
This invention relates to a process of preparation of a bio-pesticide by dissolving 200-400 nematodes (Oscheius andrassyit) / ml suspension in 1 ml water by pouring directly to the cigarette beetie Lasioderma serricome (larvae and adult). Nematodes were able ’to5 reproduce on L. serricome (larvae and adult) at 25 ±2 C after 12-24h. The effect of O. andrassyii in controlling larvae and adult of L. serricome can reach over 85 and 90%, respectively.
