Abstract

A manually operated apparatus with a pistol grip for aspiration comprising of two fixed and one moveable blocks siding on two guiding rails, one with ratchet notches, the central block has a locking mechanism, with the syringe fitted, the locking mechanism allows negative pressure to be maintained automatically, constantly, easily and consistently through the locking mechanism, negative pressure can be controlled by the locking mechanism travelling and removably fixing at different levels, the assembly can also be used in unlocked mode, the syringe couples with the holder assembly by means of the flanges on the syringe cylinder and plunger, these seat in semicircular notches on blocks A and B, the notches are open at the front, allowing rapid doupling-uncoupling of the syringes.
