Abstract

The present application describes a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, enantiomer, stereoisomer, rotamer, tautomer, diastereomer, atropisomer or racemate thereof, including the pyridine N-oxide thereof, of a compound of the general Formula VI:wherein R, R2 , R2a, R3 , R4a, R4b, R5 and R12 have meanings as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising the salt of said compound for use in the treatment of bacterial infection.
